Remember that 365 Project?

You know the one?  I completed it last October and immediately decided to continue the project for another year.  I haven’t really mentioned it in the blog, have I?  Well, if you’ve been around this space for awhile you might remember that my first year of this project was an epic failure.  Pregnancy, morning, noon and night sickness will do that to you.

Despite the fact that I’m not really blogging about it on a monthly basis, I thought I would report that I have not dropped out of my second year of this project.  In fact, I’m enjoying it even more and have added a twist. . .

Rather than any ole’ photo, I am focusing on capturing Lifestyle images.

If you’re not familiar with this type of Photography the best way to describe it is, well, just what I do here on the blog.  This type of photography captures the everyday, beautiful moments that make up our normal lives and comes at it with an artistic eye.

In short, this is the type of photography that makes my heart race and my passions burn.  I absolutely love capturing the real life moments of our everyday lives.  And this is the type of work I hope to bring to others.

So, there you have it.  I have not dropped out of year 2 of my 365 Project.  Last night I captured image #115. . .

Only 250 images to go!

Have a great weekend everyone!!

I would love to do this type of photography, but sadly I have no more little ones around the house. Does our dog count?

I began a 365 in 2011 and kinda forgot to end it Jan. 1, 2012, so I just kept right on going. I actually really like doing it, it's a GREAT challenge and a lot of fun. I don't have it on my WordPress blog, it's over here on Blogger–I like the lay out of it better here—and it's relaxing to post the day's result in the evening and add a few words about the day. That's something you could think about doing for next year, if you want to do it again. Photos are a great reminder, but it's hard to take photos of funny sayings or words coming out of mouths. ; )

Wonderful photos, as always, and thank you for sharing your family with all of us. Hope you have a happy weekend, Summer!ReplyCancel
